Last updated: 26 September 2026

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, UnitedHumans has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints from users and Data Principals.

1. Grievance Officer

Grievance Officer: The designated officer for UnitedHumans.

Email: privacy@unitedhumans.in

For contribution or payment grievances: payments@unitedhumans.in

For general queries: hello@unitedhumans.in

2. How to raise a grievance

Send an email to the Grievance Officer describing the issue in reasonable detail, along with your name, contact information, and (where relevant) the URL of the content or the order reference of the contribution concerned.

For complaints relating to personal data, please mark the subject line as a DPDP grievance so we can prioritise it.

3. Acknowledgement and resolution timelines

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours of receipt.

We will endeavour to resolve the grievance within 15 days of receipt, as required under the IT Rules, 2021. Complaints requesting removal of content that is unlawful on its face will be actioned as expeditiously as possible.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may pursue remedies available under Indian law, including a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India for personal-data matters or to the appropriate consumer forum for contribution-related matters.
